Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be
easier. Just browse the store and choose any items that you wish to buy. Then click the link to send us an email
and enter the details of your selected items, not forgetting to include your name and a delivery
address. Once we have received your email we will send you a
confirmation email to confirm whether your order has been accepted and will detail the total amount
due. Then post us a cheque (made payable to “Rosalind Winter”), sit back and wait for your order to be
delivered.
Alternatively, you can download
an Order Form, complete it by hand and post it to us with your payment by cheque or Postal Order. For your own security, please do not enclose cash with any correspondence as
we can not guarantee safe receipt, nor can we be held liable for any loss.
If you are shopping from within the EU and your local currency is not the Euro, place your order and we will email
you to advise the value of the order in your own currency and provide payment arrangement details before
processing. If you are shopping from within the EU and your local currency is the Euro, place your order and make
payment by GB Pound or Euro cheque posted to us. We do not currently accept credit card payment.
As payment is made with order, the value of backordered items is maintained on your account until they are
dispatched.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate
that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when
we send your confirmation of order email or, if ordered by post, when we despatch your items. We have included this
term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are
no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always
contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. In the event of
a dispute all parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Postage and Packing
There is currently no charge for
post and packing for any goods ordered for delivery to any destination within the UK. Postage to destinations outside the UK will incur an additional
charge. Please contact us for further details if
necessary. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail unless the size
or weight of package warrants an alternative. If you require a more immediate form of delivery, please contact
us and we will arrange accordingly and advise on any extra cost incurred.
Delivery Schedule
All orders will be dispatched as
soon as payment has been confirmed or on the date you request if being ordered as a gift or for a specific
occasion. Please note, choosing a date of dispatch does not
guarantee a precise date of delivery as the delivery is not under our direct control.
Back Orders
If
any item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
this part of your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We
are not currently registered for VAT.
Guarantee
We
guarantee your complete satisfaction with every product you purchase. Should any product be of an unacceptable
quality on delivery, please return it in the original packaging within seven days explaining your concern and we
will replace it at our expense or refund the cost in full.

Privacy Policy
Rosalind Winter does not
disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order
fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, to store delivery
addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are
also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going
to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you may be unable
to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Your order details will be stored on our computer and backup devices solely for business purposes and will be
available for you to view on request at any time, subject to a small administration charge. All information is held
in English, except where a customer submits information in a different language. English is the only language used
for the conclusion of all contracts.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are
protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Cancellations under these Regulations will result in a refund of the cost of the goods only, upon safe receipt of
the returned goods in an unused and unaltered condition. You must pay adequate postage for such returns. The value
of any excess postage payable on receipt by Rosalind Winter will be deducted from the refund value, as will a
handling charge of £5.00.
We will make all such refunds within a period of 28 days of the date we receive notification of the cancellation or
within 21 days of receipt of the returned goods should they not be received by us within 7 days of the notification
of cancellation.
